Lillian syrah Gold Series No. 07 is a thirteen-barrel, single-site selection from Bien Nacido Vineyard. Neither a single block nor a skimming off of the most successful barrels, this is a particular and particularly distinctive rendition of the indelible signature of this site.
While not geographically adjacent to the sea, the Bien Nacido Gold Series No. 07 is surprisingly oceanic. A salty, freshening, aerial aromatic overlay on the vineyard’s typical lavender and white pepper inflected expression.
